Don't be inspired by an expired person

So many people allow who has expired to inspire them which leads to their failure to achieving success in life.Allowing an expired person to inspire you means that you are been motivated in the negative direction which also means you allow yourself to think negatively as the person does so this will lead you astray.

One major secret you need to know in life is that, whenever you set a goal which is bigger than you ahead,to achieve this goal, you will need to look for someone who has already conquered or overcomed such goal to inspire you to ensure that you achieve yours too.
There are so many question you need to ask yourself about who inspires you.Look around you and think carefully about who really inspires you.

Below are some few important questions you must ask yourself before someone can inspire you.

4 Major reason why you should not allow an expired person to inspire you.

#1. Is he or she successful?
This is the very first question you must ask yourself about the person who inspires you.Look carefully about his or her success life and try to learn from it.This is the major reason why it's not proper for someone who has expired to inspire you because it will be in the negative direction. It is very good to lear from successful people due to the fact that their story and experience can help you,but it is advisable to learn from their experience and take note of their past mistakes, don't pray to experience the negative part just take note of their mistakes so it cannot repeat itself.Successful stories are very good because it inspires you to achieve and be successful.

#2.Is the person telling you YES you can?
Expired people always think negatively. So what is that person telling you,is it negative or positive direction. These are the things you must put into consideration before someone can inspire you.Note that if the person is telling you NO you cannot make it,it is been referred to as the negative direction but if the person is telling you YES you can make it which means it's on the positive direction. One thing everyone must have at the back of their mind is that it is not certain that nobody cannot make it,i believe it is a matter of choice.

#3.Can the person create change in the way you think or live?
There is always a time in life when we must need a change, this is the special time we need someone who can inspire us to cause this change which we need at that time. For example,America needed change and Barack Obama came to inspired everybody to cause this change of which it came to reality.Everybody believes Obama can do it just because he inspired everybody positively.Firstly,he caused a great change in the way the Americans used to think before and secondly in the way they live which made everyone saw a brighter future for America. So does the person who inspires you change your thinking to a positive thinking?because the power of thinking is so great that it can cause any change. Also, does this person inspires you to change the way you live for good?these are positive questions you must ask yourself.

#4.Can the person make you achieve your goal?
After much consideration you will have to ask yourself if this person can make you achieve your set goal.If YES fine but if NO which means it will be very dangerous for such a person to inspire you so you have to be cautioned.

You must ask yourself these questions and always put it into consideration because i believe in the saying that "a wise man always weigh both sides of the coin before leaping"this fact made me know that positive thinking brings positive changes. For instance, president Barack Obama has inspired so many to positive changes with his words of hope like "yes we can"this indicates that what you hear or read and put into thinking is very powerful so be careful of what you read or listen to because it can simply impact into you a positive or a negative change.

Changes can come through the way you where inspired which could either be positive or negative. In the real sense, you can be inspired in different ways which can lead to your happiness or regret in life.

Successful stories of successful men are very important or essential key note that can pave way or inspire you to a greater height of achievement in life.

4 Major keys to open the door of Wealth

To become rich is a matter of choice due to the fact that everyone has the power or ability to acquire whatsoever we desire it tends to go to the person with the greatest amount of drive. It is a well established fact that success in life goes most frequently not to the most deserving, the best looking or even the most intelligent but to those who have the key to open the door.I believe strongly that when you knock very hard the door will be openned, when you seek well you shall find and when you ask properly answer must be giving to you.

Today there are so many obstacles and hinderances preventing so many individuals to achieve their set goals which the major one is how to get started. To breakthrough these obstacles and hinderances, you must know the secret of wealth and possess these four major keys unveiled below.

4 Major keys to open the door of wealth.

#1 Vision: This is a major key which can open the first door to wealth due to the fact that it makes you forseen wealth before coming. This key makes you set a goal ahead and dream of what your nearest future will look like.I will like to point out that every successful individual you see today had a vision someday.Try to set a goal in front of you and ensure that Each goal must be clear and specific. They should be written down. And you should be able to write them down in 15 words or less so clearly that a 10-year-old can understand them. Statements such as "I want to be happy" or "I want to be rich" are not goals; they are daydreams. Wake up! Goals must be rational, have a timeline for achieving them and be concrete such that you can actually measure whether or not the goal is being achieved.

#2 Purpose: This is another powerful key that can help you open the door to wealth creation. This key enables you to know the reason for your vision and goal which you set in front of you. This key will also empower you to work hard towards achieving your goal. There's a saying that "if you know where you are coming from you will know where you are heading to"most people don't believe this saying but i believe strongly that it is very powerful because it relates to your purpose so if you know your purpose, you will not be confused on how to acquire wealth because when the secret of your purpose is known to you, then you can achieve your goal.Having the key of purpose simply indicate that you know the reason for setting a goal ahead of you.You must be driven by an overwhelming desire to achieve a specific goal. Goals give purpose to life. Without them, you will find yourself meandering through life being controlled by events and the actions (or inactions) of others.

#3 Power of thinking:This key is so powerful that if you don't have it means you are left out.Power of thinking realy deals with the mindset. The ability to think positively is very essential. If you want to become rich, the mindset is the first thing to put into consideration because the power of our thought is so enormous.Riches or wealth creation is the manifestation of our toughts. If you want to be rich just keep thinking i assure you that one day it will come to reality. You can imagine why the rich is getting richer and the poor still remains the same even when he does all the hard jobs for the rich,i will say that the difference between them is just the way they think.Believe me that everyone you see getting richer today keeps thinking.Learn how to think positively because your tought can cause a great change to your present condition and grows into a glorious reality.

#4 Knowledge:This key is a major key which everyone must possess to open the door to wealth. You must have the zeal to learn and discover new things which is regarding to information.Knowledge is power so you need it all the time to be powerful. To become rich is not how much you struggle but by how much you know.So many people pay alot for information to get knowledge just because they don't know what you've already known,so you can give out what you know and become rich.It takes wisdom to become rich because wisdom is the correct application of knowledge,so when you have it you are rich because people will start looking for you to grab knowledge. You need wisdom to become rich because wisdom is a strong diffense against poverty,so you must strive to get wisdom because through this you get riches.Always try to get information because through information and learning you get knowledge, through knowledge you get understanding, through understanding you get wisdom and through wisdom you get success and you become rich.

These keys are so powerful that if you can use or apply them properly the door of wealth is already open for you to enter.Everything you need to become rich is summarised into the following which are related to the four major keys listed above: To know,to observe,to do and to acquire whatever you desire.

I wish you success as you apply these 4 major keys to your way to wealth creation.

Why Do You Think Success Begins With a Dream?

Successful people from whatever country, race or culture all have a trait that is common among all if one were to analyze their route to success a bit closely. That is, there is no "by chance". Any success that comes by is a result of intense focus, dedicated heart and firm mind on nurturing the "seed" of an idea, and they believe their ideas can work.

In life, we really need a dream to complete us. All of us have a dream inside us. Even you have a dream, which can be as mundane as marrying a nice partner and settling down in life content. To achieve more in life, that is to say you just need to dream "bigger".

"Your success BEGINS with a dream..."

So ask yourself now, what is your dream in life? Never be too late to reward yourself with a plausible dream. Otherwise, life will be truly pathetic, won't it?

Recall that while we were young, we dreamed and imagined most of the times by seeing what the adults are doing and we wish to be like them or even better next time when we grow up. Somehow, this fire in the belly died down gradually as we are in the education system which focuses more on academic achievements and we are forced to "readjust" to the realities.

Why does it that when we grow up, the passion in the belly just died down? Only a minority will grow up and successful achieve their childhood dreams. For these people, I would say they have broken the "code" that hinders them to success. Maybe this is due to the pressures, strains and complicated emotions that arise when we are adults. And it really takes a lot to break this life "code".

I know there carries a risk if we venture into something that is "unknown". That is why most people are ordinary in life. However, let's carry on dreaming our life and keep that passion burning. There has to have faith that what you do is worthwhile. Somehow you will find that right place and time to do it.

If you believe that you can, you no doubt can.

If you believe you can't, most probably you won't achieve.

Potential for Greatness

At the risk of sounding a little arrogant, I gotta say, my life is great. Overall, I'm pretty darn content. Not in a smug way, just in a happy-to-be-here kinda way. Yep, love being alive, love my family, love my friends, love my job, love where I live, love my country (you non-Aussies gotta visit the Land Down Under soon), love learning, love writing for you and I love what I get to do every day of my life. My passion is my job, so I don't really have a job. Not a real job anyway. Nice. Of course I still have those days - that's called being human - but by and large (whatever that means), I'm happy with most of my 'outcomes' and very cool with where I am on my journey. Still learning, growing, pushing and listening of course... but right now, probably more satisfied and content than I've ever been.

We're not all happy though

In the course of my work, I meet many (many) amazing people who are miserable, frustrated and seemingly lost, living in a reality that they hate, not because they don't have the capacity to change or achieve great things in their life, but simply because they won't use or develop their potential as they could and should. Sure there a plenty of variables and influences over the course of a lifetime which affect our day to day reality, but on some level, success or failure in life usually comes back to what we do with what we've got; how we maximise or waste our talent.

There are a few very familiar stats that seem to have been doing the rounds in self-help circles for years; one of them is this...

"The average person doesn't use more than three percent of their potential in their lifetime"

You've heard that one right? It gets wheeled out in every second seminar, probably thousands of times a day somewhere in the world. Did you also know that 74.6% of all statistics used in self-help seminars are completely fabricated? Most of them, on the spot. Aaaaaah gotcha! Made that up. But feel free to use it in your next presentation anyway - it's probably as accurate as most of the figures that experts use to support their messages. Where on earth that figure (the 3% one) originated from, or how accurate it is, I don't know. How can someone possibly measure (scientifically) a person's potential and then accurately quantify how much of it they don't use!!? And then provide some kind of global average! Gimme a break.

Using what we've got

The answer to that question probably doesn't matter too much, but I guess the important and very relevant point is that the majority of us don't seem to maximize (or even begin to use) most of what we've been born with. We are champions at wasting, not only our time and opportunities, but more significantly, our innate talent and potential. If only we'd use and develop what we've got rather than looking for shortcuts and magic pills, or waiting for our lucky break. Some very talented people have been under-achieving for years because things just haven't worked out for them. Apparently.

A student of success

As someone who has studied successful people for a long time, I can tell you with some level of certainty that, more often than not, the successful person (success of course being different things for different people) is not necessarily the one with all the talent but rather the one who simply uses more of what he/she has been given when compared to what the bulk of the population does (or doesn't do) with their potential. Again, a hard thing to quantify, but you know what I mean. More often than not, the difference between mediocre and amazing results in our life (health, career, relationships, finances, competition) is simply a matter of how much of our ability we actually use.

Fatty McHarper

If (for example) we take the not-very-talented guy (me perhaps), who is constantly looking for, and creating, ways to squeeze every ounce out of his limited ability, and compare him (er, me) with the annoyingly good looking, genetically gifted, incredibly intelligent, walking-talking-mound-of-potential (met plenty of them, even had a few work for me) who happens to be lazy, indifferent and fearful... guess who's gonna create better outcomes? That's right; Fatty McHarper that's who!!

Not because I have more talent, potential or ability (just ask my school teachers and my sports coaches), but because I will consciously and consistently work harder than most to maximise what I've been given. I can't change my level of innate ability but I can consciously choose to do more with what I've got - every day. Much more. Again it comes back to decisions. And attitude and application. I can't change my genetics but I can transform my body by squeezing every ounce out of my DNA by manipulating my lifestyle, diet and exercise regime in a way which is optimal for my body.

Hard-work-itis

People often ask me for advice about creating their own blog. Quite often these people are very talented and creative. They see my site, meet me and say "hey, I might start my own blog; that would be fun". When I tell them what's involved, how many hours I've worked to produce the articles I have (over the last eighteen months) and the amount of hours Johnnie and I spend on the look, feel and functionality of the site... many of these gifted individuals seem to lose enthusiasm kinda rapidly. Funny that. Medically, we call their condition hard-work-itis. It's more prevalent than you might think.

What gets in the way?

The biggest hurdle for many us in our quest to achieve our own version of amazing is not our lack of talent or potential, it is our inability to confront and work through our numerous fears. Too often, we don't even begin to explore our potential because we are too scared; scared of being hurt (emotionally, physically, financially, professionally), scared of losing what we've got, scared of being humiliated, scared of being rejected, scared of upsetting others (welcome to life), scared of failing (a necessary part of success), scared of not 'fitting in', scared of being scared!

Maybe I do know you

More than likely, I don't know you personally (in fact you probably know much more about me than I'll ever know about you) but I'm pretty sure of one thing about you; right now you're not maximising your potential. And I could probably take a stab at a few other things too, like the fact that you're regularly frustrated with parts of your life, periodically depressed or stressed, anxious even, certain challenges scare the crap out of you, you often feel very alone and there have been times when you feel different to other people - weird even. Join the club. The normal club. You're not weird, you're way more normal than you might think.

You're also talented. And full of potential and promise. And no, that's is not some predictable, feel-good, self-help fluff that I'm wheeling out to make you feel better about yourself; it's the absolute truth. But if you're like the majority, then you probably struggle to believe it. Well, you need to start believing it and you need to start doing something about it. Every day. By choice. Stop talking yourself out of the things that you could and should be doing and stop justifying and explaining the existence you're living but don't want. Find a way, instead of finding an excuse and start to tap into that long-neglected, rarely-explored potential. You might shock yourself. Focus on and change the things you can, and don't waste energy on the stuff you can't. Sure, you can talk yourself down and find 'reasons' to keep treading water in a sea of frustration for another ten years, or you can join the minority who actually use their potential and create something pretty spectacular.

Wouldn't that be nice?

Take it from someone who isn't very talented; your best life is closer than you think.
Now, stop getting in your own way!

Decadent Self-Indulgent Marketing, Wealth Builders Generate Profit

Though life may have given you talents that effectively get the job done, the most effective use of your talents will always be to work with others. When you realize that helping enough others will give you the goals you've been pursuing with much consternation, and probably not much success, you'll achieve your goals.

"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships." --Michael Jordan

Your talent may take you far in life, but without a team of support and the knowledge to lead the team and participate in the game at hand, your talent is worthless. Team players get further, know more and have better access to motivation and participating factors that lone wolves do in the world of business. Your success is literally determined by how many other people you help succeed.

You may be wondering how you can get where you're going if you don't have a team. As most of us in the Internet Business Circle, you probably work from a home office, often alone. You may not have a boardroom of team players accessible to help you with your accomplishments. That won't stop you if you're thinking TEAM PLAYERS.

Consider joint venturing opportunities.

These are the kind of partnership-team players who gather around you in those moments when you're about to send out your most significant project and help you promote it to success. They participate in your success, because you support and encourage their success through simple terms that guide them forward. Your efforts effectively change the direction of their lives, because you've stepped forward to encourage and promote their business first.

"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." --Andrew Carnegie

Often, the common vision of success reveals decadent pleasures you not only enjoy but share along the path to developing that success. Your goals and the goals of your team members accelerate to accommodate the ratios of triumph that motivate you forward. Compelling action on anyone's part drives the team onward. The sheer force of motion on one part, your part, will stimulate action through the entire organization.

"You will find men who want to be carried on the shoulders of others, who think that the world owes them a living. They don't seem to see that we must all lift together and pull together." --Henry Ford

Step up to the level of achievement and accomplishment you choose to live by lifting and pulling together with team members and joint venturers who readily accept the challenge to participate in team building. The bond of encouragement will awaken support and drive the entire team to victory.

Conscious Business - Top 3 Signs of Positive Change

Nothing endures but change. -Heraclitus

Yesterday, I had the honor of participating in two of my spiritual masterminds. One was with a group of fellow spiritually-oriented women entrepreneurs and the other was a one-on-on visioning session with a long-time friend.

The theme through both of these calls was change; deep, profound change. We listened to each other speak and could sense the emergence of someone new... someone who has evolved, grown and transformed. It was a glorious experience to be conscious of the change that had occurred in others, as well as ourselves.

These conversations, caused me to contemplate what change really looks like. If you're like me, you may sometimes find yourself going through a personal transformation (also known as an AFGO - Another Faithful Growth Opportunity) without being fully aware of what exactly is evolving. Change without consciousness leads to fear. And, fear leads to a whole slew of other negative experiences.

The purpose of sharing these top 3 signs of positive change is to raise your awareness of what's occurring within you. So as you transform (and grow) you're conscious of what's evolving... and have the ability to navigate through fear and welcome change with grace and ease.

1. Heightened Frustration - Who ever thought frustration would be a good thing?! Well, in this case it is. Because, if you're frustrated with something in your life or your business, you're experiencing it because something that used to work isn't working anymore, or something that never worked is becoming totally intolerable. Bless your frustration and ask it to show you what's changing? Frustration is a fantastic teacher to help you notice where your change is occurring and what you can do to move through it more easily. Adjust your relationship to that which is frustrating you, and you'll see the gift of change waiting inside.

2. Highs and Lows - Change brings out a range of emotions that can be felt practically simultaneously. For example, you may find yourself being ecstatically happy one moment, and crying the next. This is a tell-tale sign of great change because as you come closer and closer to experiencing an inner shift, everything gets compressed. Emotions become stronger, they swing from lows to highs more quickly than usual, and you may be wondering what in the world is going on! And the answer is... change is going on! So, if you find yourself experiencing opposing emotions relatively close together in time, embrace them and let them remind you that you are going through a great change... and all is unfolding exactly as it's meant to.

3. Seeking Solitude - Change requires a certain level of energy. Whether or not you are aware of the change you're going through, your BEING knows what's going on. And, as you expend energy in evolving and growing, a very natural response is to seek solitude. Just like the butterfly that goes through it's most profound change in a cocoon of solitude, you may find your soul craving solitude as well. Keep in mind that solitude is not the same as isolation... if you're isolating it's because you don't want to deal with anything, whereas if you're seeking solitude it's because you're want to BE with yourself, in silence, in quiet, in peace. Solitude is a gift any time, but especially when you're experiencing change the urge for solitude shows up to remind you to pay attention and nurture yourself as you grow.

Now that you're aware of these three signs, I encourage you to notice them when they show up in your life, and acknowledge them for what they are. Give thanks for the change you are experiencing and allow yourself space to surrender, trust and embrace your next evolution. It is all good...

Passion Won Barack Obama the Presidential Election

"The cure for boredom is not diversion; it is to find some work to do; it's to find something to care about." -John Gardner

Barack Obama won the election for many reasons. One trait that came through each time I heard him speak was his passion for change. I've known many halfhearted people, but I don't hang out with them. They are tired, weary people. Their energy levels are dangerously low. Consequently, they drain energy from all available sources, including you and me. On the other hand, people who are passionate are so vivacious, enthusiastic, and full of life. Their energy is a positive force. When I am with them, my torch burns brighter. Interestingly, my passionate friends are also my most successful friends. Hmmm...

Whatever you do, just do it with passion. We've all been given the gift to live a passionate life! Celebrate your life everyday! I was an adult before I realized that life is not a dress rehearsal - this is it! Why do anything without passion?

The most successful and highest paid people are the great communicators. Orators who inspire, motivate and challenge us to get beyond our comfort. One common trait that the best public speakers of all time possess is Passion. Barack Obama won the presidency not by just being a smooth talker but ultimately what people felt from him was his passion for change.

When I am fully engaged, my creativity peaks. Synchronicity abounds. Depression is chased away. Production skyrockets. Quality improves. Time flies. Sensitivity heightens. And I am happiest.
